Matt Quirke runs a successful well established Chartered Building Consultancy and Building Surveying practice (M.R.Quirke Building Surveying Service) having over a quarter of a century combined experience in the Construction and Building Surveying Industry having worked for a variety of Clients such as The National Trust, Local Authorities - Police, Schools, Social Services, and the Residential Domestic sector.

Matt Quirke is a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and a Member of the Faculty of Architecture & Surveying having successfully qualified over the years in the following:

BSc (Hons) - Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours in Building Surveying.
Higher National Certificate - HNC – Building Studies.
Diploma in Home Inspection - Dip HI includes the Domestic Energy Assessors Qualification.
Diploma in Non Domestic Energy Assessments - Dip NDEA
